Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred. Prior experience delivering excellent customer service is required. Call center experience a plus. Medical terminology knowledge a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Prior inside sales experience a plus. Experience with Salesforce a plus. Passion for communicating to people.
