Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred. Prior experience delivering excellent customer service is required. Call center experience a plus. Medical terminology knowledge a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Prior inside sales experience a plus. Experience with Salesforce a plus. Passion for communicating to people. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly adapt to changes. Fast learner with capacity to retain and differentiate key enrollment criteria. Focus on process improvement and capable of articulating ideas for improving efficiency. Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and with others. Able to maintain confidentiality with HIPAA guidelines and patient information. Professionalism, sense of urgency and self-motivation to achieve required metrics.
Responsibilities:
Make 60+ outbound calls a day to assess preliminary subject eligibility against inclusion and exclusion criteria. Answer incoming calls from potential study patients and assess preliminary subject eligibility. Pass qualified patients onto Sr. Patient Recruitment Specialist for medical pre-screening. Develop and maintain working knowledge of assigned medical indications. Review patient database and electronic platforms to identify and contact potential study patients. Ensure accurate collection and entry of patient information into relevant databases. Provide courteous and efficient service to all callers. Support team members and cross-functional team members. Attend and contribute to department meetings. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
