Requirements:
Upholds Charlie Health's Mission, Vision, and Values. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 2 years experience in a customer/patient success or support role. 1-2 years of Salesforce experience (or equivalent CRM). 1-2 years of experience using contact center technology. 1-2 years of experience with customer financial discussions (Health insurance experience and medical billing knowledge is a plus). Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. High level of emotional intelligence. Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures. Work authorized in the United States. Native or bilingual English proficiency. Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom & EMR).
Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to admitted clients for treatment plan enrollment. Ensure clients understand insurance benefits and complete financial enrollments. Liaise between patients and internal teams (Admissions, Billing, etc.). Support client-related requests from the Clinical Care team. Identify and resolve gaps in treatment attendance. Communicate aftercare resources and schedule appointments. Manage client schedules and appointments. Complete documentation accurately and timely. Adapt to organizational changes. Meet KPIs including appointments scheduled, financial agreements, call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
