Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) to align with US team operations. Strong organisational skills. Familiarity with social media analytics and publishing tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar).
Responsibilities:
Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across social platforms. Foster an active and positive relationship with our global audience. Monitor brand conversations across platforms. Identify emerging trends, audience insights, and potential risk areas. Plan, organize, and schedule content across various social media channels. Support content creation by participating in brainstorms and providing feedback. Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports. Work closely with regional marketing teams. Stay updated on social media algorithms and best practices. Help identify and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates. Support the global Employee Advocacy program.
