Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent). Prior experience in an MSL, medical affairs, clinical development, or research role. Experience with rare diseases, oncology, neurology, or gene therapy is a plus. Strong understanding of drug development processes, clinical trials, and Expanded Access. Ability to translate complex scientific information. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a credible, patient-centric communication style. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across geographies and cultures. Experience in global or multi-country roles is preferred. Self-starter mentality. Willingness to travel domestically (within Germany) and internationally.
