Accounts Payable Specialist

Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance/accounting role Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively Reliability, integrity, and discretion Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work the night shift (Philippine time)

Process and verify vendor invoices and expense reports Prepare and execute payments Maintain accounts payable records and reconcile statements Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting Support ad hoc finance-related tasks
