Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP) Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling high-volume transactions Ability to optimize workflows and enhance financial team efficiency

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes Reconcile high-value financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes Develop cash flow projections and optimize financial reporting Lead automation and efficiency improvements for the financial team Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine financial policies Conduct audits and risk assessments related to financial operations Handle complex transactions requiring expert financial knowledge
