Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related role. Proven expertise in managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, marketing performance reporting, and translating data into actionable insights. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with attribution modeling, lead scoring, and customer journey analytics. Excellent project management skills.
