5-8 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Partner Engineering at a SaaS or fintech company. Experience working with OEM/reseller or technology partners. Technical proficiency in API integrations, SQL, and Python. Familiarity with cloud technologies and public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Excellent communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills.

Act as the technical point of contact for strategic partners. Deliver product demos, workshops, and enablement sessions. Collaborate on partner onboarding, training, and certification. Co-sell with partners, participating in joint customer calls and RFPs. Build partner playbooks and integration guides. Support partner-driven proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots. Translate partner needs into joint solution architectures. Lead light-weight partner integrations (APIs, data connectors). Deliver technical enablement to partner teams. Handle non-complex technical tasks directly (API integrations, SQL, Python scripting). Serve as a technical liaison between partners and Oscilar's Product & Engineering teams.
