PreSales Solutions Architect
  • Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to uncover pain points, define desired outcomes, and shape solution approaches on the ServiceNow platform
  • Build and maintain a library of tailored demos and proof-of-concepts across Servos’ core solution areas
  • Prototype AI-powered solutions including agentic workflows, document intelligence, and automated service delivery
  • Partner with sales on deal strategy and serve as the primary technical voice through every stage of the sales cycle
  • Develop estimates, project timelines, and resource plans that feed directly into proposals and statement of works
  • Champion AI tools internally to accelerate how we scope, build, and deliver during the pre-sales process
  • Contribute reusable content back to the team, including demo scripts, architecture diagrams, and scope templates
  • Stay plugged into the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and help position Servos' AI capabilities as a true differentiator

We build robust frameworks like ServosGov for diverse government needs. You will engage in both traditional (waterfall) and agile methodologies. Engineers here tackle challenges of integration, custom development, and system administration. We streamline critical processes, from unemployment benefits to child welfare cases. Your work will directly enhance public services through innovative ServiceNow solutions. You will work with technologies like SPF, SSL by Default, DNSSEC, Microsoft Exchange Online, DMARC, Office 365 Mail, Apple Mobile Web App Capable, and GoDaddy DNS.
