Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role with HR or Talent Acquisition exposure. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources. Creative thinker with curiosity and a passion for people support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proactive, can-do attitude with high energy.
Responsibilities:
Provide general advice and guidance on P&C matters. Monitor and respond to P&C inbox inquiries. Support employee lifecycle processes (position changes, parental leave). Assist with DEI, wellbeing, and employee experience initiatives. Contribute to improving P&C operations and policies. Ensure HRIS data accuracy (Workday) and assist with Workday support. Support Talent Acquisition with recruitment processes.
