Requirements:
5+ years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns for a media agency or in-house media planning/buying team Expertise in Search, Social, Programmatic, and e-Commerce/Retail media Ability to combine advertising and innovation for measurable client growth Responsible for building strong client relationships Translates data into actionable insights Oversees all functions related to performance media: planning, activation, optimization/pacing reporting, and budget management Serves as key performance contact for the account across all channels
Responsibilities:
Oversee Search, Social, Programmatic, and e-Commerce/Retail media teams Manage campaign build, budget pacing, and financial responsibilities Ensure adherence to agency standards and best practices Stewardship and maintenance of media plans, including re-negotiations and discrepancy resolution Oversee campaign performance, including monitoring, optimizations, and brand safety Supervise planning, pre-campaign setup, and creative management Elevate media reporting to provide holistic, actionable brand insights Build strong working relationships with clients and planning teams Create and streamline processes Align on key client communications Collaborate to bring innovation to clients Review and approve tactical recommendations Review and elevate tactical plans for cross-channel continuity Review and QA all reporting deliverables Share innovative thinking and ideas to evolve media campaigns Stay informed on industry trends and developments Troubleshoot and problem solve for client requests Educate clients on latest opportunities and innovations Coordinate with 3rd party agencies Serve as performance representative with Integrated Agency Team (IAT) Develop consistent processes and workflows across SME teams Mentor and manage growth of performance teams Identify educational and training opportunities Create opportunities for higher visibility to performance media Address team and client questions related to specific subject matter Reinforce key learnings and historical performance insights Oversee management of budgetary tasks and billing responsibilities Liaise with performance directors on investment projections
