Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent). Prior experience in an MSL, medical affairs, clinical development, or research role. Experience with rare diseases, oncology, neurology, or gene therapy is a plus. Strong understanding of drug development processes, clinical trials, and Expanded Access. Ability to translate complex scientific information clearly. Exceptional relationship-building skills and credible communication style. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across geographies and cultures. Experience in global or multi-country roles is preferred. Self-starter mentality and ability to navigate ambiguity. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
