Requirements:
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written). Reside near the Austrian border. Valid driver's license. Strong commercial acumen. Experience in business development or sales. Willingness for regular, sometimes short-notice, travel; approximately two days/week on-site with clients; potential overnight stays. Ability to identify new business opportunities. Communicative, self-confident, and open personality. High self-motivation and drive. Embody company values: Teamwork, Engagement, Independence, Positivity, Efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned region in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly call targets and build contacts. Conduct outbound calls during specific hours. Schedule personal appointments with clients. Track sales opportunities with back-office support. Inform customers about updates, new products, and events. Develop and implement sales strategies. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Coordinate pipeline follow-ups and manage appointments. Ensure compliance with KPIs. Sell the product range effectively. Adapt offers to client needs and goals. Negotiate and close contracts with clients. Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues. Monitor industry trends and market conditions. Collect and forward customer feedback. Proactively identify opportunities for contract renewals or extensions.
