Requirements:
Substantial experience in process design, CS models, and customer segmentation in mid-stage B2B SaaS enterprise companies. Proven ability to reduce time-to-value, expand business, and maintain high retention rates. Proficiency in prioritizing tasks, working independently, and managing multiple responsibilities. Ability to travel 2-4 times per month within the DACH region. Deep product knowledge to handle technical challenges and optimize product adoption. Firsthand experience with manufacturing processes and understanding of the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in German and English.
Responsibilities:
Own the post-sales customer journey (onboarding, usage, renewals, upsells). Develop customer base through proactive outreach and on-site visits. Represent SPARETECH at customer and company events. Contribute to the development of processes, tools, and product.
