Finance Operations Manager

Partner with teams to develop donor-facing budgets Ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations Monitor grant and fund budgets Strengthen internal controls Lead key finance initiatives, including purchase order process Drive ad hoc finance projects Support international and regional teams Conduct ad hoc financial analyses Communicate financial information clearly Support annual audit and compliance processes Oversee compliance across all jurisdictions Adhere to organizational policies
