Requirements:
Proven track record of delivering exceptional renewal outcomes and retention performance within an enterprise SaaS or data platform environment Experience managing a large, high-velocity portfolio (100+ customers simultaneously) Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate renewal risks, reduce churn, and drive adoption-led growth Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and business impact Deep understanding of procurement, renewal cycles, and buying processes within complex organizations Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, particularly economic buyers Experience navigating multi-threaded accounts to secure renewal alignment Expertise in CRM and customer success/sales tools (e.g., Gainsight) Ability to leverage AI tools and modern productivity tech
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage a high-volume customer portfolio (100+ accounts) Prioritize renewal health by identifying risks early and executing renewal plays Turn customer challenges into opportunities for optimization and product adoption Build and deliver data-driven value reviews articulating ROI and business outcomes Consistently exceed Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Retention targets Develop multi-threaded relationships across the portfolio, particularly with executive and economic buyers
