Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth within a SaaS environment Proven track record of expanding revenue within an existing customer base Strong consultative selling and discovery skills Ability to manage a pipeline and accurately forecast expansion revenue Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfort working in a fast-paced work environment Experience using CRM tools (SFDC, Gong, etc.) Comfort analyzing usage data and outcomes to inform strategy Experience in digital health, health tech, or healthcare SaaS (nice to have) Familiarity working in a healthcare vertical (nice to have) Understanding of healthcare workflows or regulated environments (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
Own a portfolio of existing digital health customers and serve as their primary point of contact for growth Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term account health Identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities Sell new products, modules, and features Manage expansion opportunities through the full sales cycle Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion quota Own renewals end-to-end Develop account plans aligned to customer goals and Eleos growth objectives
