Own a portfolio of existing digital health customers and serve as their primary point of contact for growth Collaborate with internal teams including Product, CS Ops, Support, and Implementation to resolve issues and deliver improvements Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term account health Identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Sell new products, modules, and features aligned to customer needs and outcomes Manage expansion opportunities through the full sales cycle and meet or exceed growth targets Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion quota ownership Own renewals end-to-end, including contract discussions and pricing conversations Develop account plans aligned to customer goals and Eleos growth objectives
