5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth within a SaaS environment Proven track record of expanding revenue within an existing customer base Strong consultative selling and discovery skills Ability to manage a pipeline and accurately forecast expansion revenue Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfort working in a fast-paced work environment Experience using CRM tools (SFDC, Gong, etc.) Comfort analyzing usage data and outcomes to inform strategy Experience in digital health, health tech, or healthcare SaaS (nice to have) Familiarity working in a healthcare vertical (nice to have) Understanding of healthcare workflows or regulated environments (nice to have)
