5-10 years of proven success in B2B SaaS solution selling within existing customer accounts. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed a $1 million sales quota. Proficient understanding and application of structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC. Proven ability to manage and operate at a strategic level with large, complex enterprise customers. Strong capacity for creating, managing, and accurately forecasting pipeline and opportunity status within Salesforce.com. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to articulate ROI, value and benefits of a solution. Proven ability to negotiate multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts. 2-5 years of experience selling Intranet solutions, corporate portals, or Employee Experience platforms is a plus. Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute account plans to prospect, nurture, renew, and close new business. Own and drive the full sales process for high-value strategic deals. Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite. Engage internal LumApps resources to advance complex opportunities. Monitor customer satisfaction and drive adoption with Customer Success team. Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners. Participate in customer marketing events.
