Client Partner

5-7 years of experience in client partnership, account management, or related roles. 2-5 years in a sales capacity. Experience in the influencer marketing industry. Fluency in English and French. Proven track record of developing relationships with larger, complex clients and driving revenue growth. Familiarity with digital marketing and the marketing technology stack. Prior experience with influencer marketing or in a marketing SaaS environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills for building executive-level relationships. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Develop and implement account strategies for revenue maximization using solution selling. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level and VP-level client contacts. Articulate company positioning and platform impact to business and technology stakeholders. Define and report on partnership success criteria with clients. Manage commercial relationships, ensuring product/service delivery meets client needs. Maintain regular client communication for satisfaction, retention, and contract renewal. Collaborate with CS and PS teams to exceed client expectations. Provide internal feedback on product/service improvements based on client input. Provide sales quotes and respond to RFPs. Serve as the ultimate escalation point for assigned accounts.
