Requirements:
Experience in both sales-focused and delivery-focused roles. Experience in a client services organization focused on digital product strategy, design, and development. Ability to direct and manage multi-million dollar engagements for large, complex organizations. Experience with consumer-facing native applications for iOS and/or Android. Extensive knowledge of iOS and Android platform features and capabilities. Ability to cultivate relationships and win influence at the executive level. Skill in developing new relationships and networking. Deep appreciation and direct experience with digital product design, strategy, and development. Proven experience in account management with long-term client references. Proven account management experience with enterprise organizations. Strong presentation skills, including sales pitches and negotiations. Ability to gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data. Ability to be persuasive using data and informed storytelling. Ability to articulate what great digital products/strategy looks like. Ability to predict risks and challenges associated with custom software work. Skill in communicating new perspectives to clients. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture great client relationships. Natural leadership tendencies. Self-motivated and results-oriented mentality. Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events (<25%).
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of client outcomes by understanding business needs and positioning the team for success. Communicate Livefront’s value proposition through presentations and conversations. Manage client-Livefront communication to build trust and meaning. Earn deep client relationships through delivery excellence, expertise, and hospitality. Nurture new relationships within client organizations. Provide counsel and perspective to digital product leaders at client organizations. Define outcomes with clients and ensure internal teams deliver. Craft Statements of Work for engagements. Lead quarterly business reviews with key client accounts. Keep a pulse on competitive analysis and market research. Explore and advise clients on practical AI applications. Stay informed on AI-enabled product innovation trends. Take accountability for client relationship health and serve as an escalation point. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within client organizations. Collaborate with Livefront teams to execute strategies. Bring authoritative expertise in digital product strategy and management. Ask for new business within current and new client relationships. Drive account growth through project and organizational expansion.
