Requirements:
3+ years of experience in strategic design, renewal, and implementation of employee benefit programs. Experience in benefits administration is beneficial. Ability to apply a strategic lens to work and contribute to long-term vision. Solid working knowledge of the global benefits industry, including mandatory and supplemental benefits, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly collaborative style, capable of working across finance, product, marketing, and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Assist in packaging and analyzing benefit offerings. Conduct market analysis on competitive landscape and trends. Support cross-functional teams for product adoption. Partner with internal teams for benefits offering utilization. Maintain contact with brokers and vendors, tracking performance. Execute analysis of cost drivers, utilization, and market conditions for renewals. Support evaluation, selection, and implementation of new benefit packages. Assist in developing analytical reports for product messaging. Prepare data and talking points for Sales Enablement. Provide analytical support for customer inquiries on benefit costs.
