Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, or data analysis, or a related field Strong analytical and technical skills Proficiency with PC applications including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong relationship-building abilities Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes Strong troubleshooting skills

Lead the fully insured and level-funded quoting process Collaborate with carrier partners to obtain benefit options, pricing, and renewal information Prepare illustrations and conduct comparative analyses of benefit options Support brokers and client managers in analyzing and presenting benefit options Prepare benchmarking reports for large employers Utilize company-specific tools, software systems, and data platforms effectively Develop and maintain knowledge of the local healthcare marketplace and carrier landscape
