- Lead the day-to-day operations of the ICHRA team and own team outcomes.
- Manage and resolve escalations by driving issues through to completion.
- Build and maintain clear workflows, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Oversee support/ticketing operations for ICHRA.
- Track and report on key operational KPIs including enrollments and payments.
- Run recurring team huddles to review performance and priorities.
- Maintain centralized visibility through shared trackers and Salesforce.
- Partner with leadership to identify process gaps and support scalable operations.
