Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years experience managing events from concept to completion. At least 3 years of project management experience. At least 2 years of experience with event management for fundraising events. Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Lu.ma, Salesforce, and Slack preferred.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Per Scholas' participation in conferences. Manage event logistics and deliverables. Liaise with conference organizers and external vendors. Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person event requirements. Create run of show documents and support day-of-event execution. Research and facilitate quotes from vendors. Promote events through various channels. Identify and escalate event compliance needs. Facilitate post-event meetings and gather feedback. Implement process improvements for future events.
