Requirements:
Significant hands-on experience running paid ads for e-commerce brands. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads. Experience with creative strategy: ad angles, scripts, briefs. Client-facing experience: presenting strategies and handling feedback. Previous agency experience managing multiple agency clients at one time. Excellent written and spoken English. Highly detail-oriented, data-driven, organized and proactive in managing accounts. Must be available to work around US Eastern hours.
Responsibilities:
Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Structure campaigns for creative testing and scaling. Generate ad angles, scripts, and briefs for editors/designers. Analyze creative performance and create new iterations. Manage budgets of $50k-$500k+ monthly across multiple clients. Own client comms: weekly calls, strategy updates, reporting, and feedback loops. Track and report on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, etc.) with clear insights.
