1+ years direct response marketing experience. Minimum of 2 years working in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency. Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. Self-starter with initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Intellectually curious and resilient, with a tenacious approach to problem-solving. Highly analytical and data-driven, using data to inform decisions without overanalyzing. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
