Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-platform advertising strategies Translate business goals into measurable campaign objectives Identify and configure high-value audience segments Design structured campaign frameworks Launch, manage, and scale campaigns across multiple channels Implement tracking pixels, conversion events, and custom configurations Use platform tools to handle budgets, pacing, and targeting Monitor KPIs daily and optimize for both volume and profitability Perform rigorous A/B and multivariate testing Adjust bid strategies dynamically Apply statistical analysis to detect patterns Partner with copywriters, designers, and editors to build direct-response creative Interpret creative performance data Manage a creative testing roadmap Use spreadsheets, dashboards, and other in-house tools to analyze performance Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative workflows Help implement automated rules, scripts, and bulk editing processes Stay current on platform algorithm updates Deliver clear weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights Present findings and recommendations to leadership Forecast performance scenarios and budget allocations
