Minimum of 17 years of Finance and Accounting experience Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the global biopharmaceutical industry Demonstrated experience in European build-outs for US-based Biotechs Strong technical accounting foundation with excellent understanding of US GAAP, local GAAPs, and consolidation principles Proven success in finance systems design and implementation, including ERP and process automation Strategic thinker Strong business judgment, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills Track record of leading and developing teams in dynamic, international environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Build the European Finance Infrastructure Design and implement accounting service models Integrate local compliance with global standards Manage European Order-to-Cash process Implement NetSuite and related systems across Europe Oversee European accounting operations Deliver monthly and quarterly closes Develop financial reporting packages and statutory documentation Lead and oversee payroll operations Lead internal and external audits for European operations Hire, lead, mentor and develop the European accounting team Serve as a subject matter expert to the European Leadership Team
