Responsibilities:
Translate national strategy to targeted health systems and decision-makers. Drive formulary, clinical pathway, and treatment protocol inclusion. Lead Business to Business and C-Suite relationships. Build and maintain KOL and C-level relationships. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve access barriers. Analyze business opportunities and provide strategic guidance. Negotiate favorable contracts and agreements. Create strategic engagement plans. Facilitate executive exchanges. Identify overlap between customer and company needs. Champion voice of customer to internal stakeholders. Engage with IDN pharmacy leadership and formulary decision-makers. Provide strategic insights and feedback. Communicate important opportunities quickly. Activate resources for opportunities and challenges. Design and lead pull through projects. Conduct quarterly business reviews. Track and analyze account performance.
