Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Oura’s long range retail brand and channel growth strategy across the Americas Drive retail marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and sell-through Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail channel marketers and visual merchandisers Partner cross-functionally with Regional Sales, Global Marketing, and Operations Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for new retailer launches and product introductions Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers Own and manage the Americas retail channel marketing budget Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans tied to clear performance KPIs and ROI targets Lead fixture and in-store display programs for all regional retail partners Oversee the creation and deployment of retail assets, POP materials, and in-store activations Drive integration across retail media networks (RMNs), retailer online channel, and in-store activations Leverage shopper data, retail insights, and market analytics to drive strategy
