5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, or GTM roles building revenue-driving partner programs. Hands-on marketing experience (demand generation, product marketing, or growth marketing). Direct exposure to capital markets, fintech, investment banking, wealth management, or financial services. NYC area-based. Comfortable being public-facing. Operator mentality. Experience at a marketplace, platform, or network effects business (preferred). Prior work at a broker-dealer, RIA, family office, PE/VC fund, or investment bank (preferred). Track record in partner-led or ecosystem-led growth models (preferred). Experience building and managing referral or affiliate programs at scale (preferred).
