Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience 3+ years selling custom software development, staff augmentation, or agency services Hands-on experience building and leading a sales team inside a software services environment Proven track record of scaling revenue (ideally ~$3M to $10M+ annually) Deep understanding of the mobile app development world Strong skills in consultative and solution selling Comfort navigating 3–6 month sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Solid CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Must be US-based with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Build, refine, and execute a clear sales strategy Hire, train, and lead a strong team of Sales Executives and SDRs Shape the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Set KPIs, track performance, and deliver accurate forecasts Personally close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals Identify and attack US market segments and verticals for mobile app development Work closely with Marketing on lead-gen and with Delivery/Tech teams
