5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards Experience in high-growth or SaaS environments preferred Proven ability to collect, analyze, and present complex data Experience managing HR Operations or Compensation projects globally Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience at companies of similar scale is a plus Curiosity or exposure to benefits or broader total rewards programs is a plus Familiarity with benchmarking tools & systems (e.g., Radford and Pave) is a plus Understanding of international compensation compliance is a plus
