Requirements:
6 - 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in global technology companies Expertise in base pay structures, job leveling, equity compensation, and bonus plan design Strong knowledge of market pricing methodologies and survey tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Option Impact) Experience supporting executive compensation design and Compensation Committee deliverables Demonstrated ability to build complex models and apply compensation principles Proficiency in Excel/Sheets A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience
Responsibilities:
Designing and maintaining global compensation structures Leading compensation cycles (salary reviews, bonus planning, equity refreshes) Partnering with leaders on compensation strategy for hiring, promotions, and retention Supporting equity programs and employee communications Providing analytical and operational support for executive compensation Developing materials for Compensation Committee meetings Preparing materials for senior leadership and Board audiences Leveraging AI and analytics tools for compensation modeling Developing frameworks for leaders to understand compensation principles Leading cross-functional projects related to pay, performance, mobility, and systems Serving as a global subject matter expert on compensation
