Requirements:

10+ years in partner engineering, partner presales, or solutions architecture for analytical databases, data warehouses, lakehouses, streaming platforms, or cloud data services. Hands-on expertise with at least one major hyperscaler. Strong SQL and analytics database fundamentals. Familiarity with columnar systems, ingestion pipelines (Kafka, CDC, ETL), and observability stacks. Track record of building and scaling partner enablement programs, joint solutions, co-sell motions, and partner-led POCs/migration/deployments. Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence. Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities:

Lead co-build and co-sell engagements with partners. Run technical discoveries, deep dives, and POCs. Identify repeatable partner-led use cases. Build structured partner enablement paths. Equip partner architects to independently deploy ClickHouse solutions. Develop reusable solution playbooks. Collaborate with partners to co-innovate solutions. Present at partner and industry events. Capture insights to shape product roadmap and documentation. Advocate for the partner ecosystem internally.
