Responsibilities:
Align enablement programs to support Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams. Develop and manage structured onboarding, ever-boarding, and product certification pathways. Build and continuously update playbooks, product guides, case studies, and competitive insights. Lead optimization and adoption of enablement tools and technologies. Define and track key KPIs to measure program effectiveness. Leverage new technologies, including AI, to enhance enablement. Review client interactions, providing constructive feedback and identifying success patterns.
