Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Program Management, Sales, Customer Success, or a related field Proven success building, launching, and scaling onboarding or learning programs with measurable business impact Strong understanding of sales and customer success workflows Track record of using data and performance metrics to inform decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LMS platforms (or equivalents) Experience enabling enterprise GTM teams is a strong plus Familiarity with the creator economy or adjacent industries is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
Design and own role-specific onboarding and enablement programs Partner with Sales and CS leadership to define enablement standards Translate business objectives into enablement roadmaps Build and maintain structured onboarding programs and learning tracks Define onboarding KPIs and optimize programs using data Own and evolve the Industry Knowledge Program Deliver live and asynchronous training Develop enablement content for enterprise selling and solution positioning Act as a program lead for cross-functional initiatives Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Services Gather and synthesize field feedback Stay current on enablement best practices and GTM trends Benchmark onboarding and learning approaches Test, iterate, and document improvements to enablement programs
