5-7 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development Experience in blockchain, fintech, or traditional financial services industries Track record of successful partnerships Experience in venture capital, corporate VC, corporate development, management consulting, or other relevant fields is highly preferred Strong network in the blockchain, fintech, and traditional financial services industries Experience with strategic investments and interaction with tier 1 venture funds is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to think creatively High ethical standards Ability to evaluate and understand the needs of businesses and individuals as it relates to on-chain finance, payments, identity, and treasury management solutions Entrepreneurial mindset Demonstrated creativity in identifying and approaching problems Proven ability to build strong relationships with potential partners

Develop and implement strategic plans for partnerships Identify, evaluate, and secure potential partners Build relationships with key decision-makers Negotiate strategic partnership agreements Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions Evaluate, source, and vet founders and prior crypto projects Close deals including strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisitions Communicate and monitor partnership success Evaluate and understand business and individual needs related to on-chain finance, payments, identity, and treasury management
