Requirements:
At least 5-7 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development in blockchain, fintech, or traditional financial services. Track record of successful partnerships driving meaningful outcomes. Experience in venture capital, corporate VC, corporate development, or management consulting is highly preferred. Strong network in blockchain, fintech, and traditional financial services industries. Experience with strategic investments and interaction with tier 1 venture funds is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. High ethical standards and commitment to doing what is right. Ability to evaluate and understand needs for on-chain finance, payments, identity, and treasury management solutions. Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and willingness to take risks. Demonstrated creativity in problem identification and approach. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan aligned with business goals. Identify and source potential partners, evaluating their fit for strategic objectives. Build relationships with key decision-makers and negotiate partnership agreements. Collaborate with teams to develop on-chain finance, payments, identity, and treasury management solutions. Evaluate, source, and vet founders and prior crypto projects for potential partners. Close deals including strategic investments, partnerships, and acquisitions. Communicate and monitor partnership success, including technical metrics. Evaluate and understand business and individual needs for on-chain solutions.
