Requirements:
3-5 years of technical account management or similar customer-facing technical role. Experience with API integrations, SSO setup, and enterprise software implementations. Strong understanding of data analysis and troubleshooting skills (SQL, Excel, BI tooling, data warehouse querying). Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex technical initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with HR/Benefits technology platforms (Bonus). Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, etc.) (Bonus). Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (Bonus).
Responsibilities:
Serve as the front-line technical resource for clients. Drive technical implementation projects from kick-off to launch. Develop deep technical relationships with key client stakeholders. Partner with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into technical requirements. Scope technical customizations and create documentation and client invoicing. Create and maintain technical documentation. Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for complex client issues.
