3-5 years of technical account management or similar customer-facing technical role. Experience with API integrations, SSO setup, and enterprise software implementations. Strong understanding of data analysis and troubleshooting skills (SQL, Excel, BI tooling, data warehouse querying). Excellent project management skills with experience leading complex technical initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with HR/Benefits technology platforms (Bonus). Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, etc.) (Bonus). Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (Bonus).
