Translate insights and data into high-performing concepts that move revenue. Evolve and refine brand voice to be emotional, modern, direct, and conversion-focused. Craft compelling narratives and strong creative story arcs. Analyze creative performance metrics and diagnose winning themes/failing elements. Maintain a rapid refresh pipeline for paid social. Collaborate with Media Buying, CRO, Influencer, and Product teams. Direct internal designers, editors, UGC creators, and external production partners. Produce world-class briefs, scripts, shot lists, and content frameworks. Ensure creators and editors have clear expectations, metrics, and success criteria.
