3–5 years of experience in performance creative, paid social, or direct response marketing Proven ability to write and launch Meta ads that have scaled profitably Experience working with high-growth DTC brands, ideally those with 9-figure revenue Strong copywriting instincts focused on clarity, structure, and conversion Ability to work independently and manage your own creative pipeline Comfortable appearing on camera in a natural, UGC-style format Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, and how creative influences acquisition and scale Collaborative mindset with experience working with media buyers, editors, and creators Strong customer empathy and insight into buyer psychology Familiarity with full-funnel creative strategies, including landing pages High creative velocity and an eagerness to test, iterate, and drive results
