5+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team. Proven track record of developing and executing creatives that tie to successful performance marketing results. Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in creative research tools, project management tools (e.g. Jira) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust, Looker, Excel).
