Deep understanding of paid social platforms and how creative impacts performance. Data-driven thinker who can translate performance metrics into actionable creative insights. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative, and performance-oriented environment. Experience editing video (even basic TikTok/Reel-style editing). Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and creative analysis tools (e.g., Motion, Triple Whale). Understanding of male fashion and ecommerce customer psychology.
