7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or customer facing function Digital Health and/or Pharma industry experience - Clear understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including payers, PBMs, and employer channels with specific expertise in cardiometabolic conditions. Familiarity with GLP-1 therapeutics, market dynamics, and industry trends is a bonus. Ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to design engaging learning experiences. Demonstrated success facilitating training and skill assessment for a variety of audiences. Ability to organize and lead projects keeping multiple stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables. Open minded, self-starter, with a can-do attitude that can create and follow processes in a complex, ambiguous environment. Lifelong learner that is eager to roll up their sleeves and learn new skills and tackle complex challenges.
