7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or customer facing function Digital Health and/or Pharma industry experience Clear understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including payers, PBMs, and employer channels with specific expertise in cardiometabolic conditions Familiarity with GLP-1 therapeutics, market dynamics, and industry trends is a bonus Ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices Demonstrated success facilitating training and skill assessment Ability to organize and lead projects keeping multiple stakeholders accountable Open minded, self-starter, with a can-do attitude that can create and follow processes Lifelong learner eager to learn new skills and tackle complex challenges
