Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment delivery, or resource planning. Proven experience in client-side hiring setups and resource & capacity management. Experience handling multiple simultaneous delivery pipelines. Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter (good to have) and Google tools. Data analysis and reporting skills. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Experience working across global time zones and in cross-cultural teams.
Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects. Manage end-to-end fulfillment for multiple client requirements. Conduct talent pool assessments. Activate external sourcing channels. Oversee resource planning and capacity management. Collaborate with Delivery Leads. Ensure data accuracy and visibility. Track and report fulfillment metrics. Partner with recruiting and sourcing teams to improve process efficiency. Deliver a strong stakeholder experience. Improve internal talent fulfillment processes.
