Talent Acquisition Manager

5–8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience 2+ years of experience managing recruiters Strong experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles across multiple functions Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers Working knowledge of compensation fundamentals and offer processes Experience using Greenhouse (or similar applicant tracking system) Experience managing recruiters in multiple regions or time zones (preferred) Background in technology, SaaS, or professional services environments (preferred) Experience working in distributed global organizations (preferred)

Deliver end-to-end recruiting support for U.S. hiring needs Manage and coach a globally distributed team of recruiters Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Provide guidance on talent availability and market considerations Ensure recruiting activity aligns with business priorities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer development, and close Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience Monitor workloads and reassign requisitions Provide feedback, coaching, and development support to recruiters Ensure recruiting activity meets agreed-upon SLAs Track recruiting progress and surface risks or delays Maintain accurate data and reporting within Greenhouse (ATS) Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experience Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and policies Support inclusive hiring practices and consistent interview processes
