Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, and/or advanced degree in management, marketing, or business desirable/preferred A minimum of five (5) years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing or medical affairs experience or medical communications agency experience Experience successfully managing and growing $1M+ pharma/healthcare accounts Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency PowerPoint design proficiency Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing objectives and activities, particularly in medical communications Demonstrated proficiency in acting as a trusted strategic/business advisor Proficiency in leading and managing employees, growing client relationships, and managing expanding business opportunities Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and presentation skills Strong time management skills Ability to interact professionally with clients and thought leaders Ability to understand and interpret market dynamics, scientific information and clinical and preclinical data Ability to interpret and act on business metrics and financial information
Responsibilities:
Act as the day-to-day strategic advisor to clients Ensure work is strategically on-target and delivered within budget and timelines Generate revenue by leading and managing internal resources Understand client business challenges and strategic questions Help clients define and achieve business goals Prepare annual strategic/tactical plans Manage and strengthen client relationships Propose, sell, and oversee ideas/projects tied to client objectives Continuously offer unsolicited ideas to increase client brand/company activity effectiveness Advocate and represent Precision AQ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities Initiate and oversee Precision AQ activities for clients Manage day-to-day client-Precision AQ communication Become a partner to each client Manage clients' budget and team efficiency Mentor, train, and coach team members Stay abreast of industry developments Hone marketing and strategy expertise Network and connect to grow influence
