1-2 years of professional experience in the healthcare space, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare insurance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong attention to details Exceptional follow up skills Bachelor’s Degree in a business, healthcare, technical or operational field Familiarity with SalesForce.com (Preferred) Understand a sales cycle (Preferred) Familiarity with the healthcare space (Preferred)

Manage intake and coordination of RFP requests Lead the development and completion of RFI responses Execute marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics Provide operational support for sales teams to identify and secure new business opportunities Act as the primary liaison between Evidence Solutions and the AQ Proposals Team Support marketing initiatives Build and maintain a proposal library Maintain and update key sales materials Oversee pipeline maintenance and lead reporting Manage RFP and vendor platforms Support new business opportunity planning Assist in cultivating new business opportunities Perform additional operational and business development activities
