1-4 years of outbound BDR/SDR or demand-generation experience. Strong writing skills and proven ability to craft personalized outbound messaging. Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, or similar. Comfortable and confident with cold calling. Highly organized, proactive, and process-driven. Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows. Ability to engage senior marketing leaders thoughtfully and professionally. Experience in digital marketing, performance, affiliate, partnership, or influencer/creator ecosystems (preferred). Experience using AI tools for research, personalization, or workflow automation (preferred). Experience refining outbound based on data, testing, and market feedback (preferred).
